Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working. If we use website analytics, we use privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement; we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, and, if you requested materials from us, to send occasional, relevant follow-ups. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, honored promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: website hosting, form processing, and email delivery. They process your information only on our instructions and only to provide those services.
Client and patient data
This policy covers this website. Data we handle in client engagements, including any protected health information, is governed by the engagement agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement, not by this policy. This website is not intended to collect protected health information; please do not submit patient information through our forms.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and subscriber information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us via the contact page and we will honor the request.
Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because it does not track you across other sites in the first place.
