Operations modernization and AI governance

Carmen leads client engagements in operations modernization and AI governance. Her thirty years of experience include automation programs at AT&T, forty technical programs at Kaiser Permanente, the Care Studio deployment at Ascension for Google Health, a year running operations at an AI-agent company, and a Medicare Advantage membership operation she runs today. She uses workflow mapping to identify where agentic workflows can help, establish human controls, and evaluate how a proposed tool would change day-to-day work. Carmen leads the client relationship and connects the findings to decisions, priorities, and a practical delivery plan.

Kurt Wiedenhoeft

IT operations, security, and technical delivery

Kurt leads the IT practice, security, and technical delivery. A network engineer, software developer, and startup founder, he has built and operated systems for enterprises, publishers, and his own ventures over three decades. His work spans service desks, backup and recovery, security programs, and EMR modernization. He develops agentic workflows with human controls for routine IT operations. In advisory engagements, his team carries out the engineering and verification work under the principals’ review.
